Damian has been a registered massage therapist since August 2008. Now boasting more than 11 years of hands-on experience, Damian remains a deep tissue therapist. Over the years his exploration of eastern theory, technique through yoga and mediation has resulted in a naturally developed holistic approach. Expect heavy handed, mechanically effective, traditional

western massage therapy, with a combination of pain free shaking and rocking, joint mobilization and assisted stretches. Damian is very active; rock climbing, yoga are passions of his and he’s recently taken up running, having completed a self-directed half marathon with a time of 1:35:18! He’s now targeting a sub 3:30 full marathon!
